Our Web Conferencing Class is a live meeting conducted over the internet. Each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to other participants via the internet. We use a web-based application where students simply enter a URL (website address) to enter the conference. The instructor speaks over a standard telephone line, pointing out information being presented on screen and the students respond over their own telephones.

Cancellation before your first phone instruction – all class tuition costs (with the exception of the Course Guide fee) may be refunded to you. Cancellation after the first hour of instruction – 65% of the total tuition costs may be refunded to you (minus the Course Guide fee). Cancellation after the second hour of instruction – 35% of the total tuition costs may be refunded to you (minus the Course Guide fee).
